When Cauliflower and Carrot decide to go to the Flower Ball, it causes quite a stir among the beautiful flowers attending the ball. Ignoring the judgment of the flowers, Cauliflower and Carrot begin to dance the night away, enjoying a Snap-Bean Rumba, a Cucumber Tango and a Chili-Pepper Cha-Cha-Cha.

Appalled by the non-fragrant vegetables attending their perfumed party, the flowers declare, “The idea of some perfectly strange vegetables showing up at our ball—they’re nothing but tedious soup-wallowers!” Once the flowers catch sight of Cauliflower and Carrot dancing beautiful steps, though, the flowers applaud. Soon after, the flowers let down their guard and enjoy a wonderful night dancing with the vegetables, and a vegetable-flower friendship blossoms.
